  • 10 4 inch lettuce or spinach leaves
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped watermelon
  • 1/4 cup oil

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place the sliced potatoes into a 9x13 glass baking dish
  3. blend remaining ingredients together thoroughly
  4. Pour this mixture over the potatoes
  5. Cover with foil
  6. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
  7. Remove foil after potatoes are soft and let the top brown for the last 15-20 minutes
