  • 3/4 c. pork shoulder (or beef shank, whole chicken; omit for vegetarians)
  • 1/2 c. U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
  • 2 c. honey or sugar
  • 1/4 c. Posole Spices
  • 1/4 c. Ground Chiles

Instructions
  1. Beat cream cheese, Splenda, and peanut butter in a large bowl
  2. Reduce to low speed and gently blend in Cool Whip
  3. Spoon into crust
  4. Drizzle with fudge topping
  5. Swirl fudge with a knife
  6. Chill 4 hours or until firm
  7. You may sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired
  8. Makes 8 servings
