Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk (you need to use your cup for this or until it’s a medium consistency.)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 lemon chicken broth (32 ounce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon can of Pet Milk

Instructions
  1. Combine 2 cups flour and powdered sugar
  2. Cut butter into flour mixture with pastry blender until crumbly
  3. Firmly press mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 pan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned
  5. Whisk eggs in a large bowl and whisk in 2 cups sugar and lemon
  6. Combine remaining 1/4 cup flour and baking powder and whisk into egg mixture
  7. Pour batter over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 24 minutes or until set
  8. Let cool completely on wire rack
  9. Cut into bars and sprinkle evenly with additional powdered sugar
