Ingredients
  • 1 3 ounce boneless chicken breast, cut in 1-inch pieces'2 cups (16-ounce package) frozen bell pepper and onion strips
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • Old-fashioned (9-ounces) refrigerated linguine, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon can of Pet Milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup pecans (chopped or whole, whichever you prefer)
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 ounce sake (Japanese Rice Wine)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease or use non-stick cooking spray to prepare 9x13-pan
  3. In a large bowl combine pudding mix, flour, oatmeal (if using), baking powder and salt
  4. in a smaller bowl that can be used with your electric mixer, beat oil with sugar
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
  6. Pour oil mixture into flour, add M&M candies and stir well
  7. Pour into pan and bake 20-25 minutes until light brown, they get darker as they cool; don't over-bake unless you like crunchy edges
  8. Adding oats is optional, but they thicken the batter and add fiber and whole grains
  9. Add chocolate frosting for an extra treat
