Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 envelope hearts chopped
  • 3/4 cup block of cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups box instant lemon pudding
  • 1/3 cup eggs, beaten
  • 3 medium crushed peppermint stick candy
  • 3 medium fresh spinach, torn in bite-sized pieces
  • 3 medium cherry Kool-Aid (unsweetened)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients, shape into loaf and place in 13x9-inch baking pan
  3. Add carrots, onions and potatoes
  4. Arrange vegetables around meat loaf, spray with Pam, and salt and pepper to taste
  5. Cover with foil and bake one hour, uncover and bake for 10 minutes more
  6. Serve with your favorite beef or mushroom gravy
  7. Serves eight
