Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 slices fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1 egg (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • or shell, baked and cooled
  • 1/3 cup fruit cocktail, drained
  • Sprinkle tropical fruit cocktail, drained

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Form into patties and dredge with flour
  3. Coat frying pan with small amount of oil and heat over medium heat
  4. Cook patties 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until brown on both sides
