  • 2/3 cup potatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cracker crust
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon jars plum baby food
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • sauce:
  • 1/2 cup eggs, beaten
  • 6 teaspoons cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vidalia or Texas sweet onions, quartered

Instructions
  1. Soak croutons in milk; add to meat and other ingredients
  2. Shape into loaf and top with sauce
  3. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees
