Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup
  • 2pounds Velveeta? cheese
    2 cans Rotel tomatoes
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can black beans
    4 cups chicken broth
    4 cooked chicken breasts
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 tablespo
  1. Mix all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat
  2. Top with green onions and sour cream
