  • 1 10 ounce package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 egg baking powder (We use sodium free Hain Featherweight baking powder.)
  • 1 tablespoon Topping:
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon grated cheese
  • 1 10 inch finely chopped green pepper

Instructions
  1. Place defrosted berries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl
  2. Beat at medium speed for 15 minutes or until mixture is stiff and holds shape
  3. Whip the cream and add vanilla
  4. Fold into the berry mixture
  5. Pile into baked pie shell
  6. Freeze overnight or for several hours
