  • 1 6 ounce orange zest
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 egg of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 8 ounce crushed red pepper (can be reduced)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Melt morsels over hot, not boiling, water, stirring until smooth then remove from heat
  3. In blender container or food processor, combine eggs, egg white, milk and sugar
  4. Cover then blend or process until smooth
  5. While blending, add cream cheese through slightly opened blender lid or food processor feed tube
  6. Cover and blend to combine
  7. Pour into ungreased 6-ounce soufflé dishes or custard cups
  8. Bake until knife inserted in middle comes out clean
  9. Lightly sift confectioners' sugar over tops of soufflés and serve
