Ingredients
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softned
  • 3 egg Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 3/4 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 16 ounces mini chocolate chips
  • 3 egg size cabbage
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated cheese
  • 1 jar can tomatoes, cut up

  • 3 egg size cabbage
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated cheese
  • 1 jar can tomatoes, cut up

Instructions
  1. Melt butter and pour into muffin cups
  2. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs into buttered muffin cups; shake off excess
  3. Beat egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl until smooth
  4. Fold in egg whites
  5. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 1/2 to 2/3 full
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes (brown on top)
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes
  8. Remove to wire rack to cool completely; centers will fall
  9. Combine sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla in baking dish; mix well
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for seven minutes, stirring after five minutes
  11. Cool
  12. Spoon into centers of cheesecakes
  13. Put in refrigerator overnight
  14. Top with one cherry per cheesecake
