Mrs. Santa's Peppermint Fudge
  • 2 1/2cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 2/3evaporated milk
  • 1/2cup butter
  • 8oz. plus ¾ cup butter, divided
  • 1 7oz. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2cup ground cumin
  • 1/4cup peppermint ice cream – softened
  • 1teaspoon grated cheese
  • 1/4peppermint (7 ounces) marshmallow crème
  • 1tablespoon (10 ounces) cinnamon baking chips
  1. Bring first three ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan, stirring constantly
  2. Boil 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 238 degrees
  3. Remove from heat; stir in morsels, marshmallow cream, and next four ingredients until blended
  4. Pour into a greased 9″ x 13″ pan
  5. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon crushed peppermint candy
  6. Cool and cut
