  • 1 whole (4 cups) cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 6 ears canned pineapple
  • 5 medium onions, sliced
  • ½ pound (10-12 medium-sized) green tomatoes
  • 1 pod sweet red peppers
  • 1 pound sweet green peppers
  • 2 pounds or orange (lemon-sized)
  • 2 green chunky salsa
  • 5 large of granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon white Chili seasoning

Instructions
  1. Cover chicken, sliced pork and salt in water and place in a large cooking pot over campfire
  2. Simmer until meat comes from bones (about 3 hours, according to how hot the fire is)
  3. Remove bones, add all vegetables and seasonings
  4. Simmer until mixture is thick, stirring often to prevent sticking to pot
  5. Stew is ready when thick, add more seasoning if desired
  6. Serve hot in bowls
