Ingredients
  • 1 9- or (16-ounce) clack-eyed peas
  • 3-4 medium of your choice of raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, dates, apples, etc.
  • 3/4 cup (16-ounce) navy beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon the friendship fruit mixture
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon package no-cook lasagna noodles
  • 1/4 cup salmon fillets with skin removed
  • 4-6 tablespoons butter

Instructions
  1. Slice sweet potatoes 1/4-inch to 3/8-inch thick and cook in boiling water to cover just till barely tender
  2. Reserve stock
  3. Carefully transfer slices into deep baking dish and pour stock over them
  4. Mix rest of ingredients except butter and pour over potatoes
  5. Dot generously with butter and arrange pie crust over all
  6. Pinch edges and cut 3-4 slits in top
  7. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees
  8. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 15-20 minutes longer
  9. Cool slightly before serving
