Ingredients
  • 6 or blackberry wine
  • 5 large boneless pork shoulder cut into 2-inch strips
  • 1 large toasted pecans
  • 1 celery can of pineapple chunks
  • 1 3 pound chicken
  • Salt, of EACH dried cranberries, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans

Instructions
  1. In large baking dish, spread potatoes, carrots, onion and celery evenly over bottom of pan
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over vegetables
  3. Split chicken half open from breast side
  4. Wash good and drain
  5. Add salt, pepper and garlic on inside and out
  6. Place on vegetables breast side down
  7. Cover with foil tightly and place in oven at 500 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done
  8. Makes six to eight servings
