  • 2/3 cup buttermilk (you need to use your cup for this or until it’s a medium consistency.)
  • 2/3 cup cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon egg
  • Salt
  • 1 6 ounce of flour tortillas
  • 2/3 cup boiled and boned

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat butter or margarine and sugar together in a medium mixing bowl until light and fluffy
  3. Add eggs, mixing well
  4. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl
  5. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition
  6. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chunks
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
  9. Makes 2 1/2 dozen
