  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces of wild rice mix
  • 4 cups of silvered almonds
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 ripe tomatoes

Instructions
  1. Melt butter in Dutch oven and add okra, corn, onion and tomatoes
  2. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until okra is tender
  5. Serve hot
