  • 1 tube chopped bell peppers (green, yellow and red)
  • 5-6 sliced, chili seasoning mix
  • 1 small can tomatoes with green chili peppers (Rotel or equivalent)
  • 3/4 to can diced tomatoes
  • Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
  1. In a 9-inch by 13-inch Pyrex dish, press the biscuit dough on the bottom and slightly up the sides
  2. Layer on the cooked onions
  3. With a spoon, add the sour cream in small dollops; do not try to mix these in
  4. Pour the melted butter over all and sprinkle with red pepper flakes for taste and color
  5. Cook at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes
  6. Optional: Bisquick can be substituted for biscuits in the tube
