Ingredients
  • 1 15 1/2 ounce sweet onion,chopped
  • 1 6 ounce size lump of alum
  • 1 cup ham, chopped in small pieces 1/2 lb. Farmer cheese, cut up
  • 2 cups jam (any kind, but preferably homemade blackberry with the seeds in and nothing used but sugar and berries to make the jam)
  • 1 cup Granny smith apple
  • 1 12 ounce cucumbers, cut into spears

Instructions
  1. Pour pineapple and juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Remove from heat and stir in Jello until dissolved
  3. Cool, mix in coconut and buttermilk
  4. Add pecans and fold in whipped topping
  5. Pour in a bundt pan or mold that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray
  6. Refrigerate until congealed
