Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds diced yellow onion
  • 1 small cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small potato, salad
  • 1 small peeled and sliced fresh peaches
  • 2/3 cup sliced venison tenderloin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1/4 cup chili powder

Instructions
  1. Brown beef, onion and celery together
  2. Drain water chestnuts and mushrooms and reserve liquid
  3. Add chestnuts, mushrooms, rice, salt, pepper and soy sauce to meat
  4. Add water to drained liquid to make two cups and add to mixture
  5. Stir just to mix
  6. Put in covered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour
