Ingredients
  • 1 large skim milk, divided
  • 1/3 cup eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Topping:
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon (1 ounce) white baking chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Instructions
  1. Salt and pepper chicken pieces
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat to blend
  3. Cool sauce
  4. Dip chicken pieces in sauce to coat thoroughly
  5. Place coated pieces in a foil lined pan and pour remaining sauce over chicken
  6. Carefully cover chicken with more foil and seal edges
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
  8. Open foil the last 30 minutes to brown chicken, basting occasionally
  9. Hint: chicken may be marinaded in sauce overnight then transferred to a pan the next day
  10. If there is too much sauce, it can be cooked down first
