Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilean Granny Smith apples, diced with skin
  • 1/2 teaspoon white Chili seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon green part thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilean seedless red or green grapes, roughly chopped or quartered
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey, 1 cup balsamic salad dressing, 1/2 cup sirachi, 2 dozen wings (drumettes, wingettes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill sprigs
  • 1 4 to5-ounce cheese ( any kind).
  • 1/2 cup firm-ripe Chilean pears, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon powdered
  • 1 tablespoons tagliatelle

Instructions
  1. Combine the seasonings in a small bowl
  2. Sprinkle all surfaces of fish evenly with 4 teaspoons of the seasoning mixture
  3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
  4. Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, green onions and remaining seasoning mix in a bowl
  5. Add the oil and mix it in with you fingers until crumbs are moist
  6. Dredge the fish fillets one at a time in the breadcrumb mixture
  7. Shake off any excess crumbs
  8. Place the seasoned fish on a nonstick baking sheet, presentation side up and cook for six minutes
  9. Turn the fish over and cook six minutes
  10. turn over one more time and cook until done (about four minutes more)
  11. Serve immediately
