  • 2 pounds diced yellow onion
  • 1 1/2 cups large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cracker crust
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 bottles pie shells
  • 1 12 ounce ground pork

Instructions
  1. Combine meatball ingredients
  2. Shape meat mixture into 1-inch balls
  3. Bake in a shallow baking dish at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
  4. Drain excess grease from meatballs
  5. Mix chili sauce and jelly in a microwave safe bowl
  6. Microwave until jelly melts
  7. Pour over meatballs
  8. Serve in a crockpot or chafing dish
