Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup olives; optional
  • 1/4 cup Oregano, italian, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ½ cup brown sugar (sweetened to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon tagliatelle
  • 1 can (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon diced each: green, red, orange, yellow bell peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped watermelon
  • 2 cups onion; diced or sliced, your preferred
  • 1 pound diced yellow onion
  • Flaky Pillsbury frozen buttermilk biscuits
  • grated package English muffins

Instructions
  1. Cook onions and pepper in olive oil
  2. Brown meat and mix all ingredients together except mozzarella
  3. Pull biscuits apart and press on a cookie sheet
  4. Put 1 spoon of mixture on each and top with mozzarella
  5. Bake at 350 deg
  6. till biscuit is done
  7. (Mixture can be mixed ahead and kept in refrigerator
  8. It is also very good on French bread slices
  9. Toast on both sides first before adding mixture
