  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup venison sausage
  • 1/4 cup bacon pieces
  • 1/4 cup Thin sliced lunch meat
  • 1 tablespoon miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 package peppers, halved and seeded

Instructions

  2. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except tortillas
  3. Spread about 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture over one side of each tortilla
  4. Tightly roll tortilla up
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and cheese mixture
  6. 2
  7. Wrap each tortilla roll individually on plastic wrap
  8. Refrigerate at least 3 hours but no longer than 24 hours
  9. To serve, cut each tortilla roll into 1-inch slices
