Ingredients
  • 12 ounces shredded cheese for topping
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 can adds heat to the sauce so you may want to omit it or use less. Chili-garlic sauce and other the ingredients can be found in the international section of most grocery stores or in Asian markets.

  • 1 1/2 cups chili-garlic sauce**
  • 1 1/2 cups rice wine vinegar

  2. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray

  4. Place white chocolate chips, peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan
  5. Heat over low heat, stirring often, until melted and smooth

  7. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
  8. Working quickly, stir in 1 cup of each the candy corn and peanuts
  9. quickly spread in prepared pan and top with remaining candy corn and peanuts: press to adhere them to the top

  11. Let fudge cool to room temperature, then chill to set, Cut into squares
  12. Store in an airtight container at room temperature
