  • almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups dry parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • Dash semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • Second 1 quart bag
  • 1/2 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 tablespoon hardboiled eggs
  • 4 cups cooked and diced chicken

Instructions
  1. Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar and salt, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
  2. Measure 3/4 cup and set aside
  3. Press remaining flour mixture over bottom and about 3/4-inch up up sides of a 9-inch spring form pan (may also be baked in a 9-inch flan ring but do not bake the crust)
  4. Bake crust 5-10 minutes at 425 degrees or until lightly browned
  5. Cool
  6. Meanwhile, mix peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, tapioca and lemon juice
  7. Arrange in bottom of cooled crust
  8. Bake 20 minutes
  9. Continue baking 20-25 minutes longer or until top is golden brown
  10. Serve warm or cold with sweetened whipped cream, if desired
