  • 3/4 cup chopped dates

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter, plus 4 tablespoons
  • 1 29 ounce vegetable
  • 1 package mini chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, egg, milk and butter
  3. Beat at a high speed for 2 minutes
  4. Pour this into a greased 10-inch deep dish pie plate
  5. Drain the peaches well, reserving the liquid
  6. Arrange peach slices decoratively on top of this layer
  7. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 5 tablespoons of the reserved peach juice
  8. Beat this at medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth
  9. Carefully spread this on top of the peaches to within 1-inch of the edge
  10. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese layer
  11. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until bottom and sides are golden brown
