Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
  • 1 box (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softned
  • 1 package pasta (broken into 2-inch pieces and cooked al dente) or 1 small package elbow macaroni

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
  • 1 box (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softned

Instructions
  1. Blend butter and peanut butter in a large bowl
  2. Work in the powdered sugar and cracker crumbs with a wooden spoon until combined thoroughly
  3. Press into a 9x13 inch pan
  4. Set aside
  5. Melt chocolate pieces in microwave or double boiler, watching carefully to make sure the chocolate does not get too hot
  6. Quickly spread melted chocolate over the top of the peanut butter mixture
  7. Chill until firm, but not too cold
  8. Tastes like Reese candy!
