  • 1 cup craisins
  • 1 cup cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1 cup 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 cup U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
  • 3 cups unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions
  1. Sift flour 3 times and set aside
  2. Cream peanut butter, sugar and shortening until smooth
  3. Add eggs and flour and blend well
  4. Roll dough into small balls
  5. Press out with a fork onto a greased cookie sheet
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
