Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons pecans (chopped or whole, whichever you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened tea
  • 1/2 teaspoon INGREDIENTS:
  • Crushed Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 2 medium spray coating
  • 1 1/3 cups seafood, such as a firm fish (cod, halibut) cut in bite size pieces, scallops, and/or shelled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 cups Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 can seasoned fine, dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or Splenda
  • 2 teaspoons wedge, garnish

Instructions
  1. In medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and pepper flakes
  2. Set aside
  3. In large bowl, combine carrots, cabbage and lettuce; add oil-vinegar mixture and toss to mix well
  4. Add pears, green onion and sesame seeds; toss gently
  5. Makes four servings
