Pecan Chicken Casserole
  • 1cup baking potatoes1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter, softened or melted? cup warm milk? cup sour cream1 teaspoon salt? cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Combine chicken, soup, vegetables, nuts and seasonings; blend well
  2. Stir in lemon juice, mayonnaise, and water
  3. Chop 2 eggs and add to mixture
  4. Place in greased casserole
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 m
