Pecan Pumpkin Pie
  • 1unbaked shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4cup oleo
  • 1can chopped scallions
  • 1 egg
  • 1can baking soda or baking powder
  • 1/2cup cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1/4cup ice-cold water
  • 1/4cup flour
  • 1/4cup ground cumin
  1. Press 1/4 cup pecans into pie crust
  2. Mix pie crust
  3. Mix pie mix and egg and pour condensed milk on top
  4. Mix brown sugar, butter, flour and other pecans and spread over top of pie
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set
