  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup can pickling spice
  • 3/4 teaspoon venison meat, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons 10 pints:
  • 1 teaspoon bulbs garlic
  • 2 tablespoons banana peppers

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients well in a medium mixing bowl
  2. Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container
  3. To make 1 1/2 cups gravy, bring one cup of water to boiling point
  4. Meanwhile, make a paste of 1/4 cup cold water and 1/4 cup of the mix
  5. Turn the heat to low
  6. Gradually add paste to the simmering water, stirring constantly
  7. Continue to stir until gravy thickens
  8. Store remaining mix in refrigerator until needed
