  • 2 1/2 Cups unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon or unsweetened almond milk (enough to thin it out)
  • 1 Tablespoon block of cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of garlic

Instructions
  1. Turn out dough onto a surface dusted with powdered sugar and roll to approximately 1/4 inch thickness
  2. If the dough is too sticky knead in some more powdered sugar 1 tablespoon at a time
  3. Using a 1 inch circle cutter cut into 12 candies
  4. Refrigerate discs for 45 minutes to 1 hour
  5. Melt chocolate according to package directions
  6. Use a small spatula or knife to lift the discs then dip into chocolate
  7. Set on parchment or wax paper
  8. Let cool completely
