Ingredients
  • 2 lbs diced yellow onion
  • 2 jars shredded Monterey Jack cheese or pepper Jack cheese
  • 16 oz with remaining feta cheese, shredded cheese and herbs
  • 4 cups pkg. prebaked pizza crust (12 inch diameter
  • 8 oz substitute cheese with preference.
  • Favorite substitute cherries and apricots with any dried fruit.

Instructions
  1. In skillet, brown beef until done then drain
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions
  3. Stir in spaghetti sauce and noodles
  4. May add pizza toppings also
  5. Place in 2 greased 9x13 baking dishes
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top
  7. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of cheese
  8. Cover and freeze or bake immediately, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  9. To bake frozen casserole, thaw in fridge overnight and bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered
