Ingredients
  • 1 package a saucepan stir together the following:
  • 2-3 chicken low-fat mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 can the Cabbage:
  • 1 package a saucepan cook in 1 tablespoon oil until tender:
  • 1 roll pepper, seeded and sliced into rings
  • 2 teaspoons frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 stick ice-cold water

Instructions
  1. Cook wild rice according to directions and place in bottom of 13x9 baking dish
  2. Cut chicken in bite-size pieces and sauté in skillet
  3. Mix soup, sour cream, almonds and chicken and spread over top of rice mixture
  4. Crush Ritz crackers
  5. Melt margarine and mix
  6. Stir in poppy seeds and top chicken and rice mixture
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
