  • 1/2 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup cracker crust
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups ice cream salt

Instructions
  1. Mix beef, rice, salt and pepper
  2. Form into small balls and place them in a large baking dish
  3. Sauté pepper and onion in oil and add tomato juice
  4. Pour over balls and bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes
