  • 1 6 ounce or prepared melon rinds
  • 2 cups beef flavoring from the noodles
  • 6 (1/2 inch or sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
  1. Combine rice, seasoning packet of rice mix and hot water; place in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish
  2. Set aside
  3. Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour
  5. Uncover casserole; combine cream of celery soup and milk; pour over casserole
  6. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated
  7. Makes six servings
