Pork Chops and Sauerkraut
  • 4-6pork eggplant, about 12-ounces1 large yellow bell pepper1 pound Portobello mushrooms, stems removed4 small red-skinned potatoes3 tablespoons olive oil? teaspoon salt<b
  1. Brown pork chops with oil in a large Dutch oven, add sauerkraut, potatoes and onion
  2. Put in crock pot
  3. Cover and cook on medium heat 3-4 hours
