Instructions
  1. Brown pork chops in oil
  2. Layer potato and onion slices in a 2-quart casserole dish
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Place pork chops on top
  5. Combine soup and milk
  6. Pour over pork chops
  7. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour
