Ingredients
  • 8 medium onion, cut thinly on bias (for garnish) (opt.)
  • 1/2 cooking spray
  • 1 stick great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 tsp. cut into bite size pieces
  • Salt cayenne pepper, optional
  • 1/2 tsp. ½ cup brown sugar (sweetened to taste)
  • 8 oz (add as much are as little as you like)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • can can chopped tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup milk
  • cup the Caramel Sauce

Instructions
  1. Cook potatoes, onion, margarine, salt, pepper and garlic salt until tender
  2. Drain water until potatoes are just covered
  3. Add cream cheese and stir until melted
  4. Add remaining ingredients
  5. Let simmer on low for 10 min
  6. Garnish with bacon, cheese and green onion if desired
