  • 1 cups INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup brandy

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup jar sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions
  1. Beat eggs in medium bowl
  2. Gradually beat in guar
  3. Fold in dry ingredients
  4. Pour into 10x15-inch jelly roll pan
  5. (Use wax paper and spray with a nonstick cooking spray then pour in ingredients
  6. ) Sprinkle with nuts
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
  8. Turn on a thin towel generously sprinkled with confectioners' sugar
  9. Roll up and cool
  10. Filling: Unroll cake and spread with filling
  11. Roll cake up again and place in foil and refrigerate over night
  12. Cut into 1/2-inch slices
  13. This will keep in the refrigerator several days
