  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 teaspoon egg
  • 2/3 cup ground chili pepper or cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup unbaked pie shell
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup tomatoes, cut into 3/4 inch slices
  • 8 ounces of linguine noodles
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Instructions
  1. Beat eggs and add sugar
  2. Then add pumpkin, flour, baking soda and cinnamon
  3. Mix well
  4. Spread onto prepared jelly roll pan (approximately 5 1/2"x10 1/2") lined with wax paper
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
  6. Turn out of pan while still warm onto teat towel coated with sifted powdered sugar
  7. Roll in towel and let cool
  8. Unroll and spread with filling
  9. Roll again without towel and wrap in foil
  10. Filling: Beat in mixer until fluffy
