Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound red pepper, cored and seeded
  • 1 cup (16 or 22 count) prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced onion
  • 8 7 inch cinnamon, separated
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons button or baby bella mushrooms, chopped

Instructions
  1. Cook sausage until done, breaking it up as it cooks
  2. Combine drained sausage, beans, onion, chilies and cheese
  3. Makes about 1 1/2 cups
  4. Cut tortillas into quarters
  5. Place about 1 teaspoon of mixture in center
  6. Brush edges with mixture of flour and water
  7. Fold in half and press to seal
  8. Keep covered as you work
  9. Let stand 5 minutes before frying to allow edges to stick together
  10. Heat oil in FryDaddy deep fryer
  11. When hot, fry 3 or 4 at a time for 2 minutes
  12. Drain on paper towels
