Rice Pudding
Ingredients
  • cups of frozen carrots, thawed
  • cups of real bacon bits
  • 2⁄3cup cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 3eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 3tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2teaspoons butter
  • ½teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½teaspoon quick oats
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients
  2. Pour into a lightly greased slow cooker
  3. Cover and cook on high 1-2 hours or low 4-6 hours
  4. Stir once during the last 30 minutes
  5. Serve warm or cold
