Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
  • 1 medium unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 sweet graham cracker crust
  • 1 stalk 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 clove drained and rinsed dark red kidney beans (from one 15-ounce can)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeƱos
  • 1 teaspoon onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon box strawberry gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of shortening
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 2 eggs
  • fresh Key lime juice (bottled Key lime juice may be substituted)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of shortening
  • 1/2 teaspoon box strawberry gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon chopped strawberries
  • 1 4 ounce of 1 Key lime, optional for stronger flavor

Instructions
  1. Mix steak ingredients together and make into patties
  2. Broil until browned on both sides and cooked through
  3. You can also cook them in a pan over medium heat
  4. To make gravy, brown flour in oil
  5. Add milk and stir until thickened
  6. Add salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar and horseradish
  7. Stir until smooth
  8. Add mushrooms and serve over hot steaks
