  • 1-2 salmon bag thin potato chips, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons breasts, skin removed
  • 1 teaspoon beef stock
  • 2 teaspoons oil or butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon (heaping) cayenne pepper
  • 3 lemons, pepper spice
  • Olive oil

Instructions
  1. Combine oregano, cumin, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes in bowl
  2. Set aside
  3. Using bamboo skewers soaked in water for about 1 hour, alternate salmon and lemon rounds
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with seasoning mixture
  5. Place on grill for 5-6 minutes each side
  6. Quick and yummy method: You can also keep the salmon filet whole and lightly slice every inch or so
  7. Put lemon slice in each crevice and put olive oil and seasoning on top
  8. Broil on high for about 8 minutes, keep oven cracked and make sure you watch so it does not burn
  9. This is very good served with julienned zucchini and squash lightly sautéed in a pan and topped with almond slices and Parmesan cheese
