Instructions
  1. Place catfish in microwave-safe baking dish
  2. Sprinkle fillets with Cavender's seasoning, then cover with lemon dill sauce
  3. Place in microwave on high for about four minutes
  4. Turn over catfish and cook in microwave until done
  5. Fish will flake with a fork when it is thoroughly cooked
