Ingredients
  • 1 pound fine bread crumbs
  • Zesty Olives, whole or halved (pitted)
  • 1 9 inch whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup package light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Fresh dry Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup shells, unbaked
  • 1 tablespoon Topping:
  • 1/8 Tabasco sauce:
  • 1/4 cup bacon
  • 1 can tomato, sliced in wedges
  • 1 1/4 cups coarsely chopped pecans

Instructions
  1. Steam shrimp half the normal time since they will cook more in the quiche
  2. Peel shrimp and marinate half the shrimp in the dressing
  3. Prick pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes
  4. Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté green onion, celery and mushrooms
  5. In a separate bowl, beat egg with whisk
  6. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, Parmesan cheese and crab meat
  7. Then add 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese, the plain shrimp and the sautéed mixture
  8. Drain marinating shrimp with a slotted spoon and add them to the mixture
  9. Pour into the baked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  10. Add remaining Cheddar cheese on top and bake an additional 10 minutes
